The JUST PLAY U23 College Prep Soccer Program is designed to help players prepare for their upcoming college preseasons and seasons. Our training sessions focus on a dynamic warm-up, technical passing patterns, possession-transition games, and goal-to-goal play, with a mix of fitness work both with and without the ball. With great training numbers each session, the competitive environment ensures high-level training, led by experienced college coaches. The program includes two training sessions per week and competitive games on the weekends, providing the perfect blend of skill development, tactical preparation, and match fitness before the college season begins.
